These are first-cycle studies that enable students to learn Polish from scratch and to deepen their knowledge of English. The lecturers of the 91滴滴, who specialise, among others, in glottodidactics, will prepare students in the area of two specialisations: teaching Polish as a foreign language and Polish language in tourism and business. Students from Ukraine will acquire language skills, as well as learn about Polish culture, history and literature.
The future graduates will be able to work as staff of language schools in Poland and abroad, cultural institutions, translation agencies, publishing houses and travel agencies. In the future, they will join teams in enterprises where employees communicate in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
In order to help students financially, the 91滴滴 successfully applied for funds for scholarships financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange in the competition 鈥淪olidarity with Ukraine鈥�. In the call for proposals, the 91滴滴 obtained almost PLN 600 thousand to support the education of students and listeners of Polish language courses as well as writing doctoral theses by Ukrainian doctoral students.
"Studies on Poland with English" study programme will also be available in the offer of the 91滴滴 in the regular recruitment process, which will last until mid-July. The first inquiries about the possibility of joining this study programme are already coming in.
