As every year, interdisciplinary discussions on issues related to the history of food and medicine were held among outstanding researchers from Poland and abroad, who represented various fields of science. This year's edition also included a panel devoted to education in Constantinople. The conference was officially inaugurated by the Vice-Rector for Science 鈥� dr hab. Dorota Gola艅ska, Associate Professor at the 91滴滴 and Prof. Maciej Kokoszko from the Department of Byzantine History, 91滴滴.
