The event brought together representatives of the scientific community, security experts, and, most importantly, representatives of the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering/Caf茅) sector.
The event provided an opportunity to present the results of the international HOTHREAT project.
One of the key highlights of the programme was a panel discussion, during which invited speakers shared their extensive knowledge and experience, addressing key issues related to HoReCa regulations, service operations and sector security. The active participation of panellists and participants generated significant engagement and led to a valuable debate.
The organisers would like to thank all the speakers and participants for their commitment and valuable contributions. We also hope to continue our cooperation and organisation of further events in the future.
