During the meeting, Dr Anna Głogowska-Balcerzak (project manager) and lawyer Anna Szczepaniak shared their experience of working with victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence, discussing the legal aspects and practical challenges of providing support. Students involved in the project, Zuzanna Piórkowska and Wojciech Niewiadomski, had an opportunity to ask questions. Together, they discussed what information should be included in the information materials prepared as part of the project so that they are reliable, understandable and helpful to the recipients.
The participants of the meeting also visited the new headquarters of the KTOŚ Foundation at Piotrkowska 118, where they had an opportunity to get familiar with the space where support to people experiencing violence is provided on a daily basis.
