of Vice-Rector for student affairs and quality of education

concerning: the announcement of the call for applications for the Rector鈥檚 award for the student of the 91滴滴 based on the U艁 Rector鈥檚 Regulation no. 53 dated 2/12/2020
1. 91滴滴 students who have demonstrated special work for the development and promotion of the 91滴滴 community e.g. in student organizations of the 91滴滴 or other academical assemblies, either by achieving, inter alia, high results in sports or artistic competitions, can apply for the Rector's awards.
2. Entitle to participate in this recruitment process:
a) the accomplishments obtained in the academic year 2020/2021 (incl. artistic or sports achievements)
b) the activity in the interest of the 91滴滴 community (incl. work in the UL students organizations or other academical assemblies) shown only in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022.
In special cases, the Vice-Rector may decide to award a prize for achievements or activity obtained in a period other than that indicated above.
3. The Rector's award for high sports or artistic achievements promoting the University may be awarded only to a student who has not received the Rector's scholarship for the academic year in which the demonstrated achievements were accomplished. In special cases, the Vice-Rector may decide otherwise.
4. The Rector鈥檚 award for obtaining a specific sports or artistic achievement or for activity in the interest of the 91滴滴 community, demonstrated in a given period, cannot be granted more than once.
5. An interested student of the 91滴滴 applies for the award of the Rector's award following the rules set out in the Regulations on granting Rector's awards to students of the 91滴滴. Together with the application, the completed information for tax purposes should be submitted. Failure to submit the information for tax purposes prevents the payment of the Rector's award.

7. Completed, signed and scanned applications for the Rector's award, together with attachments, should be sent via e-mail to the following address: nagrody.rektora@uni.lodz.pl, until 04.04.2022. The student who applies for the Rector鈥檚 award must send the application with attachments from the e-mail address assigned to his profile in USOSweb.
