International Community Services Office (ICO) aims at facilitating the adaptation processes of Ko莽 University鈥檚 international community members. This office organises social and cultural events to enhance multicultural awareness, advises in the matter of visas and residence permit and helps international students with fulfilling formalities before and after their exchange.
What would be your duties?
- assist the ICO Team with all matters pertaining to international students, academicians, researchers at Ko莽 University,
- support the organization of events like Turkish Coffee Hour and International Week,
- collaborate with all offices including offices of the Registrar and International Student Recruitment Team on the development of services for international students,
- respond to incoming inquiries through email,
- provide logistic support for organizing and managing the office space,
- create social media content for the ICO accounts.

- information regarding the duration of the traineeship and proposed starting date.
Practical information:
- traineeship duration: minimum 4 months starting from September 2024. Priority will be given to students who apply for a traineeship for a period longer than 4 moths.
