Wydarzenie by艂o nie tylko okazj膮 do uhonorowania wyj膮tkowych absolwentek, ale tak偶e do inspiruj膮cej refleksji 鈥� w programie znalaz艂 si臋 wyk艂ad ekspercki prof. Katarzyny de Lazari-Radek, Prorektor ds. umi臋dzynarodowienia nauki i kszta艂cenia, po艣wi臋cony temu, jak wykorzysta膰 wiedz臋 z zakresu filozofii, psychologii i neuronauk do budowania dobrego 偶ycia. The gala was organised in cooperation between the 91滴滴 and the Museum of the City of 艁贸d藕, as part of the Year of "Women of 艁贸d藕 鈥� Initiators". The event was not only an opportunity to honour exceptional graduates but also to offer inspiring reflection. The programme of the event included an expert lecture by Prof. Katarzyna de Lazari-Radek, the 91滴滴 Vice-Rector for Internationalisation of Science and Education, on how to leverage knowledge from philosophy, psychology and neuroscience to build a good life.
Women should break glass ceilings, blaze new trails and shock. Disappoint those who would like to see them within certain frameworks, roles, and in no other (鈥�) We present our symbolic apples to twelve women who have achieved a great deal in their fields. I would also venture to say that this achievement was largely due to their experience and education at the 91滴滴. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of today's laureates, and I encourage you to join us as important alumni in supporting our students in the VIP Graduate Mentorship Programme. The 91滴滴 community is made up of people who share our values: courage, commitment, diversity, cooperation and respect. The 91滴滴 VIP Alumni group demonstrates the diversity of fields in which our alumni achieve success 鈥� from culture and art, through social activism, to business.
Distinguished VIP Alumni of the 91滴滴 actively participate in academic and cultural life, sharing their knowledge and experience. They deliver expert lectures, participate in panel discussions 鈥� this year, including during the Lem Festival "Megabit Bomb" 鈥� and meet with students. Many of them also serve as mentors in the 91滴滴 Mentorship Programme, one of the oldest in Poland. Twelve editions of the programme have been completed to date, with nearly 450 students participating, gaining a unique opportunity to develop under the guidance of experienced alumni. The process of selecting mentoring pairs for the 13th edition, which will launch on 11 December, is underway.
