Magda is an experienced leader with over 15 years of international expertise, primarily in the financial BPO/SSC/GBS sector.

She began her professional career at the Philips/Infosys Shared Service Centre and currently holds the position of Head of Finance Operations at Primient Poland, where she leads a team of over 100 people and is responsible for global processes within the Centre of Excellence (P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, CoE, FP&A, SG&A, Procurement, ISIT, HR).

Previously, she held key roles at Tate & Lyle, Conduent, and Infosys BPO, where she was responsible for developing operational structures, managing teams during transformation phases, and building strong client relationships. She specialises in strategic planning, system implementation, and people development. Magda is strongly focused on continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification. She is valued for her effective communication, coaching-oriented leadership style, and unwavering integrity. She is also frequently invited as a guest speaker and expert at prestigious conferences and discussion panels.

Magdalena Kowalska holds a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Faculty of Management at the University of 艁贸d藕.
