I am a Doctor of Law and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of 艁贸d藕. I work in the Department of European Economic Law. Additionally, I am an advocate and mediator at the Advocacy Mediation Center in 艁贸d藕, as well as a Court Mediator (legal expert) at the Regional Court in 艁贸d藕.

Since 2022, I have been conducting a research project titled "Data sharing for the public interest - a legal perspective on data philanthropy" (contract no.: UMO-2021/41/N/HS5/01490). This project is funded by the Polish National Science Center, and I am serving as the Principal Investigator.

I have authored numerous academic publications and have been a speaker at various conferences, including international ones. I am also a co-author of the international consumer law blog "Recent Developments in European Consumer Law" (http://recent-ecl.blogspot.com). My areas of specialization are Polish and European Economic Law, Data Protection Law, Intellectual Property Law, and New Technology Law.

10.2020: Obtaining qualifications as an Internal Auditor of an Integrated Management System compliant with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017-06 and ISO 27701:2019 standards

06.2020: Passing the bar exam and obtaining the professional title of attorney-at-law (registration number: LOD/ADW/1327)

09.2019: Completion of the summer school on intellectual property law "2019 Krak贸w Intellectual Property Law Summer School" at Jagiellonian University in Krak贸w

07.2019: Completion of the 鈥淚ViR Summer Course on International Copyright Law鈥� at the University of Amsterdam (carried out under a research grant awarded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange)

03.2018: Completion of training in mediation in criminal and civil cases (training organized by the Mediators鈥� Association 鈥淧actus鈥� in 艁贸d藕)

2017 鈥� 2019: Completion of the legal training program (aplikacja adwokacka) at the Regional Bar Council in 艁贸d藕

2016 鈥� 2020: Doctoral studies in legal sciences at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of 艁贸d藕, in the Department of European Economic Law

2015 鈥� 2016: Completion of the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw

Bachelor鈥檚 thesis titled 鈥淣egotiations on the establishment of a free trade area between Japan and the European Union,鈥� defended at the Department of East Asia under the supervision of Dr. Karol 呕akowski.

2011 鈥� 2016: Completion of studies in Law (specialization 鈥� business law), Faculty of Law and Administration, University of 艁贸d藕.
