Head of the Department Theory of Education
Managing the personnel, teaching, research, and organizational policies (including finances) of the Department's staff.
Chairing monthly Department meetings with a scientific component.
Organizing the National Postdoctoral and Postdoctoral Seminars quarterly.
Analyzing the evaluation of staff's teaching activities and their contribution to the evaluation of the scientific discipline.
Disseminating staff's scientific achievements for the media and educational institutions.
