Teaching Responsibilities

• Conducting classes for full-time and part-time students.
• Developing and updating teaching materials.
• Participating in the design and revision of study programs 鈥� Head of the Human Resource Management specialization in second-cycle (Master鈥檚) studies (Management program).
• Supervising and reviewing diploma theses.

Research Responsibilities

• Conducting and participating in scientific research and development projects.
• Disseminating research results through academic publications.
• Actively participating in academic conferences.

Organizational Responsibilities

• Performing duties assigned by superiors 鈥� Program Supervisor for student internships in the Management program.
• Carrying out other tasks assigned by direct supervisors, such as organizing conferences and editing academic or teaching materials.
