The first place in the competition was taken by the BA thesis by Aleksander Bartodziej "Oczekiwania przedstawicieli pokolenia Z (C) wobec pracodawc贸w w zakresie stosowania praktyk zielonego zarz膮dzania zasobami ludzkimi - wyniki bada艅 w艂asnych" [Expectations of representatives of generation Z (C) towards employers in the scope of applying green human resources management practices 鈥� results of own research]. The thesis was prepared under the supervision of Dr Izabela R贸偶a艅ska-Bi艅czyk.
The second place was taken by Zuzanna D膮browska's BA thesis "Negatywne skutki pracy zdalnej w opinii przedstawicieli pokole艅 Y i Z" [The negative effects of remote work in the opinion of representatives of generations Y and Z] supervised by Dr Lena Grzesiak.
