The training sessions were held as part of the Connect project. Using the example of different types of MSCA grants (Horizon Europe), the following issues were discussed:
- how to create an environment conducive to conducting research and developing the careers of doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers,
- how the actions of the Maria Sk艂odowska-Curie programme support researchers at different stages of their careers.
During the meetings, Dr Przemys艂aw Ciborek, Head of the Project Support Centre, on behalf of the Rector of the 91滴滴, honoured the 91滴滴 Vice-Rector for Science, dr hab. Dorota Gola艅ska, Associate Professor at the 91滴滴, and dr hab. 艁ukasz P贸艂torak, Associate Professor at the 91滴滴, with the titles of the 91滴滴 MSCA Ambassadors.
Dr hab. Dorota Gola艅ska, Associate Professor at the 91滴滴, from the Department of Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Philology of the 91滴滴 has been a research supervisor in a project financed by the European Commission under the HORIZON EUROPE, MSCA Doctoral Networks, entitled "EUTERPE" since September 2023. The project is carried out in cooperation with the Central European University Vienna (the consortium coordinator), Utrecht University, University of York, Coventry University, University of Granada, University of Bologna and University of Oviedo. As part of the project transnational literary and artistic strategies that redefine the concept of European space are examined. The project team from Lodz includes doctoral students Olga Fenoll Martinez, Seamus O'Kane and Tamara Cvetkovi膰.
Dr hab. 艁ukasz P贸艂torak, Associate Professor at the 91滴滴, from the Department of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, 91滴滴, has been a scientific supervisor in a project financed by the European Commission under the HORIZON EUROPE, Postdoctoral Fellowships, WIDERA TALENTS actions, entitled "e-gainstRapeDrugs" since April 2023. The project is carried out independently by our university, at the Faculty of Chemistry by Dr Thangaraj Shunmuga Thain Balamurugan.
