Thanks to the funds obtained, iHub and the Faculty of International and Political Studies will be able to support the adaptation, learning and career development process of international members of our academic community even more efficiently.

The project, which will be implemented by the International Hub, is called PATHWAYS and includes a number of initiatives aimed at facilitating the adaptation and integration of international employees of the 91µÎµÎ and the development of iHub as a place friendly to them. The project includes, among other things:

  • mentorship and career counselling programme for international employees and doctoral students,
  • Welcome Point Forum – a meeting aimed at integration and exchange of experiences between various academic institutions,
  • wider development of Welcome Point at the 91µÎµÎ,
  • activities related to the Science Inspires programme which has been implemented by iHub for many years,
  • evaluation of the stay at the 91µÎµÎ – identification of strengths and areas that require improvement based on the experience of international employees.

We are proud that we have obtained funding under the NAWA Welcome to Poland programme and we are looking forward to starting the implementation of the PATHWAYS project. We strongly believe that our actions will contribute to creating an even more open, diverse and friendly environment at the 91µÎµÎ
